Why is a snack so important?
Eating a lot and in large portions is harmful to the body. When a person eats three meals a day and overeats, their metabolism can slow down.
The food that enters the body is absorbed very slowly and poorly. A person thinks that they are enriching their body with vitamins, but they are only harming it.
It is much easier for the body to process food that enters the body gradually. So, for example, it is advisable to eat about five to six times a day, but in small portions. This usually includes breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks in between.
With 5-6 meals a day, the volume of food decreases, the stomach does not stretch and there is no such thing as hunger.
